Supports global compensation programs through merit, promotion, bonus, benchmarking, salary surveys, incentive plan administration, and pay recommendations. The role partners with business leaders and external consultants, maintains compliant job descriptions, and provides HR reporting and analytics. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, compensation knowledge, discretion, independence, attention to detail, and 2–3 years of professional experience. This is a fully remote U.S. role with less than 10% occasional travel.

Provides medical oversight for clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance, participant safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to ICH GCP and regulatory requirements. Reviews safety reports and case report forms, evaluates treatment responses and adverse events, performs study procedures, trains research staff, supports eligibility decisions, and participates in sponsor monitoring, audits, and regulatory inspections. This is a part-time, fully remote U.S. role with occasional travel.

Provides virtual support for decentralized clinical trials under a principal investigator. Responsibilities include recruiting, educating, and pre-screening patients; scheduling study visits; maintaining patient communications and documentation; entering and cleaning clinical trial data; managing study portals and queries; supporting site meetings; coordinating MRI facility arrangements; preparing regulatory documents; and troubleshooting technology. The role requires strong knowledge of clinical research protocols, GCP, ALCOA-C, medical terminology, and clinical trial systems.
