Lead and support mission-critical projects end-to-end in a matrixed environment. Create project plans, scope, cost estimates, resource plans, governance, and dependencies. Conduct research and analysis, synthesize complex information, present solutions to large audiences, facilitate meetings, and analyze financials and business cases to drive results.

Owns security for Azure services and supports secure cloud strategy and adoption. The role reduces operational risk, strengthens security posture, implements Azure security controls, supports compliance for regulated data, and applies NIST and CIS standards. Responsibilities include infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, policy-as-code, IaC security scanning, CI/CD automation, secure cloud operations, and scripting with Python and PowerShell.

Analyzes complex operational challenges and converts them into scalable business solutions. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze processes and data, design and test workflow automations, troubleshoot technology issues, and lead small to medium improvement initiatives. Builds governed solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and 365 tools, coordinates with technology teams, documents processes, manages implementation and adoption, and identifies reusable patterns to improve capacity, risk management, and associate experience.
