Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale generative AI and agentic systems: define architecture, integrate foundation models, build cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps pipelines, orchestrate workflows and integrations, mentor teams, and guide solutions from concept to production.

Leads Capco’s regional Utilities consulting practice across the Northeast, East Coast, and Midwest. Responsibilities include growing strategic accounts, developing executive relationships, originating and winning complex consulting engagements, managing revenue and P&L, shaping go-to-market strategy, delivering transformation programs, and building high-performing consulting teams. The role requires deep Utilities expertise across grid modernization, enterprise technology, customer transformation, and related platforms, along with extensive senior-level consulting and business development experience.

Design, prototype, and productionize generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents). Build scalable backend services and APIs, deploy on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), collaborate cross-functionally, and support knowledge sharing and mentoring.
