Oversee Candid’s accounting operations, financial reporting, revenue recognition, grant and contract accounting, treasury, audits, compliance, and internal controls. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, prepare financial statements, improve accounting workflows using automation and AI, and provide financial analysis for strategic planning. Manage and mentor a six-person accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
