Oversee Quality Management System compliance, manage QA resources, lead investigations, conduct audits, and collaborate with operations to ensure product quality and safety.

Lead customer-facing management for non-commercial and GPO foodservice accounts, owning relationships, account and contract execution, distributor and broker partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to drive distribution, profitable sales growth, and pull-through. Develop business plans, run performance reviews, manage contract activation/renewals/compliance, prepare leadership updates, and represent the company at customer and industry events.

Own day-to-day customer relationship and annual plan for assigned KVAT/SEG customers, driving net sales, gross profit, trade spend, and share. Develop promotional calendars and innovation launches, negotiate terms, manage forecasts and business reviews, partner cross-functionally, ensure store-level execution and service, and meet distribution and velocity targets.
