Supports HR activities at a manufacturing facility, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, retention, policy administration, HRIS transactions, payroll support, onboarding, employee records, benefits, engagement programs, and administrative operations. Partners with employees and leaders across locations, facilitates site events and leadership activities, resolves personnel issues, communicates policy and benefit changes, and helps develop a high-performance workplace culture.

Operate tractor-trailer and straight body trucks to shuttle merchandise and perform local backhauls; conduct DOT pre-trip inspections and maintain logs; inspect and seal drop trailers; assist with loading/unloading, yard housekeeping, light maintenance, and dock upkeep while following safety and hygiene procedures.

Lead customer-facing management for non-commercial and GPO foodservice accounts, owning relationships, account and contract execution, distributor and broker partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to drive distribution, profitable sales growth, and pull-through. Develop business plans, run performance reviews, manage contract activation/renewals/compliance, prepare leadership updates, and represent the company at customer and industry events.
