Teams at Camden Property Trust

Manages the financial, administrative, resident services, facilities, vendor, and maintenance-support functions for a multifamily portfolio. Assists the General Manager with performance goals, occupancy, retention, expenses, NOI, compliance, capital improvements, resident relations, employee supervision, and team development. Coordinates with central processing, contractors, and support departments while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer sentiment. Requires on-site property management experience, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, schedule flexibility, and periodic travel.
