Lead strategic SaaS and SmartLife sales across regional communication service provider accounts. Manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles; engage executives; conduct discovery, demonstrations, and account planning; identify strategic opportunities; develop territory plans; and collaborate with solution specialists, engineering, customer success, and account teams. Provide market feedback on product development and pricing while supporting sales enablement and field training initiatives.

Owns external communications stories and press releases from reporting and interviews through drafting, executive and legal review, publication, and PR agency coordination. Identifies compelling customer, product, and corporate narratives; verifies facts; translates complex technology and business information into clear messaging; and maintains editorial quality. The role requires strong business acumen, reporting, writing, editing, executive collaboration, and responsible use of AI tools.

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will analyze large-scale broadband data, develop and validate ML models, and integrate solutions into Calix Cloud, collaborating with teams for enhanced network intelligence and subscriber experience.
