Provides technical and commercial support for refractory products, including customer assistance, quotations, product selection, lining design, installation methods, complaint investigation, failure analysis, training, product marketing, market analysis, and sales support. Collaborates with engineering and research teams on customer solutions and new product development, supports product portfolio and pricing decisions, and coordinates cross-functional projects. Requires approximately 30–35% domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Provide expert technical support and product/application guidance for refractory products; develop market growth strategies, product launches, promotions, and business cases; perform application analysis, collaborate on failure investigations, conduct market and portfolio analysis, and present at industry events.

Consult with steel customers to optimize furnace operations (BOF/EAF/AOD), analyze slag chemistry and refractory performance, collect operational data, support trials and refractory installations, write reports and recommendations, and create/present EAF best-practice SOPs.
