Leads enterprise Salesforce solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and custom capabilities. Designs scalable, secure architectures; translates business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps; architects integrations with enterprise systems; and establishes governance, security, data modeling, automation, DevOps, and release-management practices. Provides technical leadership to Salesforce and integration teams, leads architecture reviews and delivery planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns CRM strategy with broader enterprise technology objectives.

Designs and configures AWS and Salesforce environments, including accounts, VPCs, instances, networking, RDS, and test sandboxes. Integrates environments with GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. Leads infrastructure requirements gathering, solution design, automation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and release-management alignment. Collaborates with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, QA, and federal stakeholders while maintaining VA governance and security standards.

Designs and maintains system architectures across applications, infrastructure, and platforms. Provides technical leadership, translates requirements into scalable and secure solutions, optimizes reliability and performance, supports system integration, and collaborates with development, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders. Maintains technical documentation and participates in Agile delivery and continuous improvement. Preferred experience includes federal contracts, migrations, Ansible, Linux, Red Hat, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure system design.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS Lambda functions and serverless integrations between Salesforce and VA enterprise systems. Implement API integrations, data transformation/mapping, error handling, Step Functions orchestration, and monitoring (CloudWatch/Splunk/Datadog). Support deployments, hotfixes, RCA for incidents, and ensure solutions meet VA security and compliance requirements.

Design, validate, and build a scalable Salesforce-to-AWS outbound email workflow. Assess integration patterns, implement AWS components (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/DLQ, S3), automate S-Docs templates, implement error handling, run high-volume testing, deploy via CI/CD, document architecture, and hand off runbooks and training. Ensure security, compliance, observability, and VA Notify integration.
