The Mongo Database Engineer will design and implement database solutions, enhance security, lead automation processes, and optimize database structures, contributing to national security initiatives.

Design and deliver AI-enabled features for a web-based government workflow application using LLMs, RAG, and agentic patterns. Build POCs and production-ready systems, implement orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering, integrate AI/LLM APIs, maintain full-stack apps, establish observability and guardrails, and ensure security and CI/CD practices.

Conduct federal background investigations using VTC, phone, and in-person interviews; review records; resolve material issues; complete intensive virtual training; travel locally up to 10%; maintain required credentials and Top Secret clearance eligibility.
