Provides technical leadership, architecture guidance, stakeholder advising, and integration support for applications and third parties. Defines access roles, identity lifecycle workflows, and automation opportunities while collaborating with Azure, network, security, and vendor teams. Supports risk reduction, resiliency, certificate lifecycle management, and next-generation IAM service delivery.

Designs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots large-scale Azure Virtual Desktop and VDI environments. Provides Tier 3/4 support, optimizes desktop interoperability, manages endpoint and profile technologies, integrates Office 365 services, and improves automation and operational processes. The engineer also performs trade studies, recommends technical solutions, supports complex production environments, and collaborates with system administrators and stakeholders.
