Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow developers, gathering requirements and mapping business processes to workflows. The role supports dashboards, KPIs, performance analytics, data validation, cleansing, transformation, testing, UAT, documentation, data governance, compliance, training, and process optimization. It develops user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts while helping federal agencies improve ServiceNow reporting, workflow automation, and operational performance.

Provides senior-level systems administration and IT operations support for a Department of State contract. Responsibilities include desktop, infrastructure, application, web services, and network support; incident, problem, and change management; root cause analysis; application deployment; and ticket ownership. The role leads technical initiatives, supervises and mentors systems administrators, supports geographically distributed users, and maintains reliable enterprise IT services. Active Secret clearance and extensive IT service management experience are required.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains AI-enabled applications and agent workflows using Python, LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, RAG, APIs, and cloud AI services. Integrates models with enterprise data and applications, builds evaluation and testing processes, supports CI/CD deployment and monitoring, and applies security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. Collaborates with product, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and functional teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions for federal mission needs.
