Deliver clean code, participate in sprint work, review merge requests, collaborate with product and architecture, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to design and delivery decisions to solve conversational AI problems within a benefits ecosystem.

Lead AI strategy execution as the senior product and operating partner to the Chief AI Officer. Manage AI initiative portfolio, governance, planning cadence, prioritization, cross-functional alignment, reporting, and decision support to ensure clear outcomes, risk management, and measurable value realization across product and platform teams.

Write, edit, and proofread benefits-focused employee communications across channels (guides, email, web, video scripts). Adhere to client style guides, understand client benefit plans, manage multiple projects via PM tools, maintain client artifacts, and consult with clients to apply best-practice consumer experience strategies.
