The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze pharmaceutical transaction data, develop visual data models, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and improvements in business strategies.

Leads national financial analytics strategy for a pharmacy consulting practice, managing actuaries and analysts while overseeing PBM financial models, pricing analyses, forecasting methodologies, and proprietary analytics platforms. Advises leadership and clients on contracts, rebates, utilization, specialty drug trends, and total cost of care. Drives team development, process standardization, quality governance, product innovation, and thought leadership across pharmacy benefit financial analytics.

Support implementation and ongoing management of benefits/EDI solutions by auditing and validating client data, configuring and testing EDI files, troubleshooting issues, conducting QA, and providing direct client, vendor, and carrier support. Mentor analysts, follow SOPs, recommend process improvements, and maintain product and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate, timely implementations and client satisfaction.
