Insurance
Implement and support benefits-related software (low-to-moderate complexity) including configuration, testing, QA, troubleshooting, training, and customer communication. Collaborate with account teams, carriers, and vendors, and provide post-implementation support.
Insurance
Lead Team Resources strategy and manage TR Business Partners across the retail segment. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, M&A integration, and leader development. Partner with finance, legal, and senior leaders to optimize growth, retention, and scalable operations while coaching leaders and ensuring consistent, high-impact HR practices.
