Oversee global analytics and algorithm design initiatives for a nonprofit: identify high-impact projects, coordinate with student directors, collect feedback, design and run training for developers and technical advisors, and form partnerships to support implementation. Volunteer commitment ~5-6 hours/week.

Lead and mentor a global volunteer software team to plan, execute, and deliver web and app projects. Coordinate with cross-functional leadership, ensure code quality and scalability, recruit and onboard volunteers, document processes, and introduce emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Volunteer UI/UX Designer to help build a design system and design internal applications. Work remotely 4–6 hours/week with a global nonprofit, collaborating with a senior UI/UX manager to improve front-end design practices and digital assets.
