Leads commercial business development projects and hydrocolloid value-added service expansions. Develops customer and market strategies, manages pricing and risks, drives sales growth, and builds relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinates technical sales, R&D, laboratory, operations, supply chain, and commercial groups while managing direct reports and presenting program updates to leadership. Requires specialty chemical distribution or manufacturing experience, deep product knowledge, and extensive travel.

Track environmental regulations, manage HSE documentation and reporting, support audits, lead incident investigations with corrective actions, deliver HSE training, manage hazardous waste operations and shipments, maintain driver qualification files, and support emergency response and NACD Responsible Distribution efforts.

Manage territory sales to maximize revenue and profit through consultative, face-to-face and phone-based selling. Identify cross-sell and new-customer opportunities, execute sales plans, maintain CRM records, provide forecasts, and coordinate with product and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
