Analyzes financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business decisions. Prepares management reports highlighting trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and alignment with business objectives.

Drive channel revenue by managing partner relationships, executing inside-sales strategies, supporting partners with pricing/product questions, delivering partner training, enabling rep-to-rep engagement, and creating strategic account and co-marketing plans to meet sales targets.

Own premium support relationships, lead technical escalations and P1/P2 incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation across Support, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, and Product. Analyze telemetry and usage trends to optimize customer configurations, improve adoption, develop success plans, conduct service reviews and QBRs, and create runbooks, playbooks, knowledge articles, and technical guides.
