Supports adoption and implementation of products, technology platforms, operational initiatives, and strategic programs across company-owned and franchise markets. Delivers training, coaching, webinars, communications, and enablement resources; gathers stakeholder feedback; tracks adoption and engagement data; maintains documentation; and supports post-launch activities and continuous improvement.

Lead cross-functional accounting and finance transformation initiatives, own the finance technology roadmap (ERP/NetSuite and AI), manage acquisition integrations, vendor/consultant relationships, and grow a small team of Senior Accountants while strengthening controls, data integrity, and process efficiency.

Lead Accounts Payable, banking, accruals, prepaid, fixed asset, and debt accounting for the Americas. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, vendor and intercompany AP, and review work of staff accountants. Implement scalable AP processes, controls, and technology, proactively resolve accounting issues, and ensure accurate, audit-ready balance sheet reporting.
