Teams at Blueprint

Partners with senior leadership to manage business planning, budgets, workforce planning, executive communications, operating rhythms, and strategic initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional priorities, tracks resources, vendors, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Develops executive-ready presentations and organizational updates while independently managing projects that improve operational effectiveness. Supports organizational planning and change initiatives in a rapidly evolving, matrixed environment.

Support enterprise, data center, and lab network infrastructure in production environments. Execute network moves, adds, and changes; deployments; migrations; maintenance; upgrades; troubleshooting; cutovers; and lifecycle activities. Maintain network documentation and operational records, validate post-change performance, follow standardized change procedures, independently resolve assigned work, and collaborate remotely with engineering stakeholders while escalating technical or access blockers.

Lead customer-facing engagements to design, deploy, govern, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and cloud solutions. Advise on identity, security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI; develop adoption and change-management strategies; analyze usage and business impact; and coordinate partners to scale solutions.
