Build and own Bloomerang's AI harness and platform services: agent workflows, tool/model integrations, orchestration, evals, and guardrails. Ship backend services (authentication/identity) primarily in C#/.NET, diagnose distributed systems issues, improve developer tooling and observability, run model evaluations, and lead responsible AI adoption to increase engineering throughput and deliver measurable product outcomes for nonprofits.

Lead the intelligence layer atop the data lakehouse: design and run causal experimentation, build predictive and forecasting models, own model evaluation and monitoring, deploy and maintain models on Databricks/MLflow, set technical direction for data science, and partner closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and product. Use AI development tools daily.

Build and operate Databricks-based lakehouse pipelines (medallion/Data Vault 2.0), resolve identity across systems, enable near-real-time CDC, integrate external partners, add observability, and partner with AI/product teams to deliver trustworthy data for BI, ML, and in-product features.
