Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities across the Pathfinder platform. Serve as the internal expert on agentic AI threats, identity security, and emerging attack techniques. Define requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks; conduct market and competitive research; lead design partner programs; coordinate cross-portfolio product work; and support analyst, customer, marketing, and pre-sales engagements.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based microservices and foundational platform capabilities for authentication, authorization, onboarding, RBAC, reporting, auditing, notifications, and APIs. Improve reliability through observability, monitoring, alerting, infrastructure automation, and operational reviews. Provide technical leadership, collaborate across teams, guide architecture and best practices, reduce technical debt, and improve engineering efficiency.

Operates and designs hybrid on-premises and AWS network infrastructure, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect, routing, firewalls, and security controls. Leads CIDR remediation, maintains network documentation and IPAM records, automates infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Python, and supports FedRAMP-aligned environments. The role coordinates Network and Cloud Ops teams, mentors engineers, manages vendors, handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
