Bevi
What's It Like to Work at Bevi?
Frequently Asked Questions
At Bevi, satisfaction comes from the combination of purposeful work, a culture of authenticity, and real ownership over meaningful objectives. Our people aren't just showing up to do a job, they're actively contributing to a mission with measurable impact (we hit our 1 billionth single-use plastic bottle saved in late 2025). We support that through regular all-hands transparency and an environment where people are trusted to bring their full selves to work. Our internal engagement surveys reflect favorable results, and we've earned Boston Business Journal's Best Places to Work recognition four consecutive years, both driven entirely by employee feedback.
By the numbers and by the culture, yes. Our internal engagement surveys reflect favorable results, and employees consistently recommend Bevi as a great place to work. We've also earned Boston Business Journal's Best Places to Work designation four consecutive years and are recognized on BuiltIn's Boston Best Places to Work list. What drives those results isn't a perks list; it's a culture where people do work that matters, show up as themselves, and own something real.
Bevi has built a workplace that employees are proud to be a part of. In 2025, 95% of employees said they'd recommend us to others, and our engagement surveys reflected strong satisfaction across the board. We were ranked among the best places to work by the Boston Business Journal and have maintained consistently high ratings on Built In. These honors reflect the culture we work hard to maintain everyday; one where feedback is valued, contributions are celebrated, and our employees feel seen and appreciated.
Bevi Employee Perspectives
What is your role and what attracted you to your company? Describe the moment when you knew you’d found the right fit.
I lead the data and data science team here at Bevi. What initially caught my attention was the sheer scope of the role — the opportunity to evolve a team from a startup mindset into a true scale-up enterprise function. We operate across the entire spectrum, from foundational data and analytics to “tip of the spear” AI initiatives. We aren’t just maintaining systems; we are paving new roads and solving complex, high-impact problems for every department in the business.
The “aha” moment for me was realizing how perfectly the culture and leadership aligned with the work. Our executive team is incredibly well-balanced: they are smart, analytical and focused, but also deeply empathetic and collaborative. Finding a leadership group that is this well-aligned and genuinely enjoys working together made it clear that this was the right environment for me to build something meaningful.
What’s your favorite part about working at your company? The projects, the team culture, the opportunities for career advancement?
My favorite part about Bevi is the opportunity to bring new and fresh ideas to transform what and how we do things. It’s about tackling complex, challenging problems and seeing the significant impact those solutions have on the company’s exponential growth — all at a company with a mission worth getting behind.
What advice would you give to job seekers looking to join your growing team?
The advice I would give to job seekers is to always remember that the interview is a two-way street. It’s as much about you finding the right fit for your career as it is about the company finding the right candidate. Our culture is defined by our values of ‘Own it,’ ‘Get better every day,’ and ‘Be humble,’ and those values describe the right type of candidate for Bevi.

What defines a great employee experience at Bevi?
For me, it’s one thing: Your time at Bevi should be a defining chapter in your career, not just a job you had. In practice, that’s three things: You do work that actually matters (we’ve kept over a billion single-use bottles out of landfills, so the mission is real), you’re surrounded by people who are serious about the work but not about themselves, and you get to own something real. We’re a fast-growing company and a category leader, so the chance to own something big is there for anyone who wants it.
How do you measure and act on employee feedback?
Our backbone is a twice-a-year engagement survey — anonymous, so people can be honest. We review the results at both the company and the team level, because a great company number can still hide a team that needs attention, and that’s where the real action happens. Between surveys we run regular roundtables to hear directly from people, and we have the Bevi Council — internal voices from across our teams who come together to work through the topics that matter and drive solutions across the business. The thing I care most about is the loop: If we act on something, it shows up in the next survey and the next roundtable, so we can see whether it actually moved the needle. That’s “Get Better Every Day” — one of our values — in practice.
What cultural values or rituals make your workplace unique?
Our three values do real work here; they’re not words on the wall. You see “Stay Humble” when someone says, “I don’t know, but this is how we will figure it out,” into a room full of people and it lands as strength, not weakness. You see “Own It” when someone spots a problem that isn’t in their lane and just picks it up instead of waiting to be asked. And you see “Get Better Every Day” in the person who shares what didn’t work in a project so the next team doesn’t hit the same wall. What makes it different is we use these values to hire, promote and give feedback — they show up in how people treat each other day to day, not just on onboarding slides. Underneath it all is a shared pride in Bevi’s mission that connects us: We’re all building for the same goal of eliminating single-use plastic and making beverages that are better for people and the planet.
