Requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of US GAAP.

Develop and own healthcare-related data analyses, financial models, databases, and data resources. Write Python and SQL code, validate results, perform data quality audits, identify anomalies, and maintain data integrity. Create reports, presentations, diagrams, and engineering requirements documents, while partnering with strategy leads and cross-functional stakeholders to design data-informed technology solutions. Support client projects, communicate findings, and ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.

The Senior Accountant supports monthly close and controllership activities, including revenue recognition under ASC 606, general ledger analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, audit schedules, sales tax returns, and accounting policy documentation. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of US GAAP in a fast-paced environment.
