Leads internal data analysis projects, identifies business opportunities and risks, delivers strategic insights to leadership, manages junior analysts, develops dashboards, and improves data quality across company platforms. The role requires translating quantitative findings for nontechnical audiences and applying healthcare or pharmaceutical dataset experience to strategic decision-making.

Provide chat, email, and phone support for healthcare software users, including inquiry triage, issue prioritization, escalation, case follow-up, and resolution. Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud-native systems. Improve reliability through automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and incident management. Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to define SLOs, implement self-healing, debug production issues, and ensure secure deployments.

Lead application and operational implementation of GRC/compliance frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, CSA STAR, NIST CSF). Develop policies, run internal audits, support risk management and remediation, coordinate with SecOps to ensure controls meet audit standards, and support access reviews and annual audits.

Design and implement a virtual access layer to enable remote use of a physical AI lab, building scalable, secure infrastructure to process 100,000+ documents/day with LLMs, optimize GPU/LLM throughput, provide customizable interfaces, implement authentication/access controls, and lead projects from design to production.

Manage a defined product area: set priorities, own roadmap, run agile ceremonies, partner with engineering/design/client teams, drive launches, change management, and define success metrics to deliver scalable B2B solutions.

Lead consumer banking and lending transformation engagements across operations, technology, and customer lifecycle.
