Own 15–20 enterprise accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and administrator relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health, mitigate renewal risk, and drive measurable value. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Alliances teams to represent customer needs, influence product direction, and create scalable customer success playbooks and executive business reviews.

Own and grow Benepass’s strategic consulting and brokerage partnerships. Develop account plans, executive relationships, joint go-to-market initiatives, and preferred vendor agreements to generate enterprise pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership; represent the company at industry events; communicate market insights; and measure partner performance against business goals. This remote U.S.-based role requires approximately 40% travel.

Engineering Manager leading a 4–6 person backend team responsible for core fintech services, including ledgers, decisioning, integrations, authentication, and directories. The role combines people management, hiring, coaching, execution ownership, technical design reviews, production debugging, reliability, and delivery accountability. The manager must remain technically credible in Python/Django systems, uphold high-integrity engineering standards, and use AI extensively for coding, planning, debugging, communication, and team effectiveness.
