Manages clinical trial data from study startup through database lock and clinical study report support. Leads studies, oversees internal and CRO/FSP data management resources, develops eCRFs and edit checks, manages EDC database testing, coordinates data cleaning and reconciliation, supports coding and medical review, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and contributes to process improvement and team mentoring.

Manages clinical trial data activities from study startup through database lock, including data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, database build support, UAT, and data review. Coordinates with study teams, vendors, laboratories, and database builders; identifies and escalates data issues; supports regulatory and SOP compliance; and may lead studies, mentor team members, and train personnel on EDC and eCRF processes.

Leads hematology portfolio strategy and governance across R&D, Commercial, Finance, and executive leadership. Manages development review committee processes, portfolio prioritization, strategic decision-making, executive materials, risk escalation, and action tracking. Translates scientific, clinical, competitive, operational, and financial information into recommendations for investment, development pathways, lifecycle planning, and portfolio differentiation. Builds alignment among senior stakeholders and improves governance processes in a global, matrixed pharmaceutical environment.
