Oversees scalable, secure APIs using C#/.NET on Azure, GraphQL, and REST; advances API lifecycle standards, CI/CD, quality, security, observability, and cloud-native practices. Builds high-performing teams through coaching, supports modernization initiatives, aligns technology with business goals, and promotes responsible AI-enabled engineering tools.

Leads technology strategy, engineering, delivery, modernization, governance, and financial planning across financial-services platforms. Oversees teams, vendors, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, Agile delivery, engineering excellence, and technology operating models. Partners with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver business and member outcomes while modernizing legacy systems through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.

Lead enterprise and solution architecture across cloud, infrastructure, applications, networking, security, and governance. Develop scalable and compliant designs, guide architecture reviews, manage application portfolio decisions, evaluate technology partners, and resolve complex technical challenges. Partner with business and technology leaders, apply Azure and modern AI tools, establish architecture standards, and mentor junior architects while ensuring alignment with security, risk, regulatory, and strategic objectives.
