Leads BECU’s enterprise product management function, establishing product lifecycle standards, governance, operating models, and roadmap practices. Coaches product leaders and product coaches, aligns business and technology priorities, manages dependencies and execution risks, and advises senior leadership. The role also leads product councils, supports talent development, and drives product transformation across a complex, matrixed organization.

Develop and enhance quantitative financial models supporting Treasury, asset liability management, interest-rate risk, mortgage hedging, pricing, profitability, and portfolio risk decisions. Analyze fixed income, derivatives, duration, convexity, stress scenarios, deposits, and prepayments. Automate workflows with Python and Excel/VBA, modernize analytics in Snowflake, document model governance, and communicate insights to Treasury, Risk, Credit, Product, and portfolio leaders.

Designs and develops complex cloud-native data solutions, scalable batch and real-time pipelines, APIs, data models, and enterprise data platforms. Implements data governance, quality, lineage, security, observability, CI/CD, automated testing, and operational reporting capabilities. Collaborates with architects, product owners, analysts, governance, security, and platform teams on technology strategy and cloud modernization. Mentors engineers, leads technical design discussions, presents recommendations, and supports AI-ready data products and emerging development tools.
