Senior Project Manager to lead a City of Charlotte PeopleSoft upgrade and related projects. Requires 10+ years project management, PMP (or equivalent), PeopleSoft and HR experience, and experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (9.0->9.1 minimum; 9.1->9.2 preferred). Must use MS Office, Project Server (PWA), MS Project Professional (test required), and Visio. 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC; background and drug screen required.

Lead and manage the City of Charlotte PeopleSoft upgrade and related tools projects. Drive planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and testing. Ensure PeopleSoft HR requirements met, coordinate project resources, and deliver upgrade from PeopleSoft 9.0 to 9.1 (9.1->9.2 preferred). Must meet hiring checks.

Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Oracle Utilities Billing Expert (Lodestar) based billing systems. Deliver end-to-end lifecycle work from analysis and design through implementation, QA/testing, delivery, and ongoing maintenance. Apply Lodestar product knowledge and related methodologies and tools.
