Oversee accounting and finance responsibilities for private investment portfolios, including real estate and commercial mortgage loans. Maintain general and sub-ledgers, prepare trial balances and financial statements, manage quarterly close processes, and oversee capital calls and distributions. Coordinate with third-party providers, investment teams, valuation teams, and senior management. Implement fund structures in accounting systems, produce client reports and performance metrics, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Oversee accounting and finance activities for private real estate investments, including partnership waterfalls, general and sub-ledgers, trial balances, quarterly closes, capital calls, distributions, and client reporting. Manage deliverable quality and workflow, produce financial performance metrics, collaborate with investment and portfolio teams, and communicate with senior management and internal stakeholders. The role also includes managing associates and preparing ad hoc reports.

Leads complex compensation programs, market pricing, benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, pay equity, job evaluation, and pay structure development. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations. Develops models, reports, and dashboards; maintains compensation data in Workday; improves governance, processes, tools, and controls; and monitors compliance with policies, regulations, and market standards.
