Develop and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Design APIs, services, background jobs, database procedures, and responsive interfaces; troubleshoot across application and deployment layers; write automated tests; modernize legacy systems; build secure healthcare integrations; and protect sensitive data. Collaborate with product, QA, support, and implementation teams while participating in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and release validation.

Design, build, and operate a centralized AWS data lake and AI experimentation platform. Define target-state architecture, guardrails, data contracts, and standards. Stay hands-on writing code, ship infrastructure, run reliability and cost controls, and hire and lead a small platform team while onboarding functional verticals and delivering production AI use cases.

Build and deploy production AI features for an EHR platform, including LLM integrations, automations, data workflows, APIs, evaluations, monitoring, and HIPAA-compliant PHI handling. Partner directly with clinic customers and internal teams to prototype, implement, and harden solutions. Responsibilities include system design, clinical data integration, production debugging, AI tool reviews, and translating field insights into working software.
