Leads Customer Success strategy and execution for enterprise demand partners using Bankrate private marketplaces. Responsibilities include optimizing engagement and conversion, expanding partnerships, improving onboarding and time to value, connecting Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating engagement data into ROI, and managing a high-performing team in a B2B2C fintech environment.

Leads a 2–4 person engineering team while remaining hands-on in a TypeScript codebase. Owns delivery planning, performance management, career development, technical contributions, incident response, team health, quality, and compliance. Partners with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate strategy into reliable software, manage risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and improve productivity through AI-enabled engineering practices.

Own enterprise partnership lifecycle marketing across journey architecture, segmentation, creative strategy, execution, experimentation, reporting, and optimization. Build scalable journey templates, creative frameworks, QA processes, KPI dashboards, and reporting standards from scratch. Serve as a Customer Success point of contact, lead partner launch workstreams, diagnose performance issues, present recommendations, and use AI to accelerate marketing workflows while applying sound judgment.
