Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and shared platform services. Develop landing zones, networking, identity, governance, PaaS, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform, GitHub Actions, or CDKTF. Create reusable deployment patterns and automation, apply security and compliance controls, and implement monitoring and operational readiness. Partner with engineering, data, security, and risk teams to deliver foundational cloud capabilities and enable enterprise-wide Azure adoption.

Oversees operational and regulatory compliance risk for a retail payments business. Designs and improves governance frameworks, policies, evidence-based controls, risk programs, self-assessments, remediation plans, and reporting. Interprets regulatory requirements, supports audits and examinations, monitors legislative developments, coordinates stakeholders, facilitates training, and promotes risk-management awareness. The role also supports change initiatives, control automation, compliance investigations, and alignment with the bank’s Risk Management Framework and approved risk appetite.

Leads governance, regulatory compliance, and risk-control programs for card payment products and channels. Designs and improves evidence-based controls, interprets regulations, coordinates remediation and self-assessments, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and briefs senior leaders. Partners across first, second, and third lines of defense, develops procedures and training, monitors exceptions and risk metrics, and drives strategic initiatives to ensure operations remain within the approved risk appetite.
