Senior Credit Officer responsible for independent credit review, adjudication, approval, and portfolio monitoring for the US insurance market. The role assesses transactions, maintains credit quality within risk policies, advises senior leaders, manages exceptions, supports lending and trading activities, and provides coaching to stakeholders. It also leads strategic initiatives, reporting improvements, change management, due diligence, and relationships with internal, external, and regulatory partners.

Supports litigators and business stakeholders across litigation, arbitration, regulatory, investigative, and pre-litigation matters. Responsibilities include discovery coordination, legal holds, document collections, outside counsel management, budgeting, invoice review, legal research, case-material summaries, reporting, and trial preparation. The role also maintains matter data, improves litigation operations, manages deadlines, and mentors junior paralegals.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and shared platform services. Develop landing zones, networking, identity, governance, PaaS, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform, GitHub Actions, or CDKTF. Create reusable deployment patterns and automation, apply security and compliance controls, and implement monitoring and operational readiness. Partner with engineering, data, security, and risk teams to deliver foundational cloud capabilities and enable enterprise-wide Azure adoption.

Owns enterprise AI architecture across AWS, Azure, Microsoft AI surfaces, and SaaS platforms. Establishes target architectures, standards, governance, security, responsible AI, and regulatory controls. Provides architectural authority for AI initiatives, guides platform and domain teams, evaluates emerging technologies, supports architecture review forums, mentors senior technical staff, and ensures production GenAI systems generate runtime model-risk and regulatory evidence.
