Manages infrastructure credit relationships and products, supporting project finance, tax equity, and corporate lending transactions. Responsibilities include underwriting, financial modeling, loan structuring, credit approval, risk analysis, documentation negotiation, regulatory compliance, portfolio monitoring, and client management. Partners with relationship managers, legal teams, operations, and risk groups while mentoring associates and assessing complex counterparties, project contracts, and transaction structures.
