The Treasury Sales Officer III will manage treasury revenue growth for Large Corporate Natural Resource clients, developing customized solutions and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities include client relationship management, pricing strategy, and mentoring Treasury Sales Analysts.

Support technical due diligence and risk assessment for energy and infrastructure financings. Review engineering reports, contracts, and operations data; monitor portfolio technical performance (generation, availability, O&M); evaluate vendors, EPCs and operators; and research technology trends and project-level technical issues.

Originates, structures and executes syndicated loan and high-yield bond transactions for non-investment grade companies. Leads deal execution, credit committee approval, due diligence, documentation with legal, client communication, and supervises/trains junior bankers while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel.
