The Controller will own general ledger operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, accounting controls, tax coordination, audit support, debt and acquisition accounting, royalties, revenue recognition, and compliance. The role partners with the CFO, supports fundraising and M&A, manages lender reporting, and helps build the accounting function as the company scales. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for off-sites and events.

Lead brand strategy and execute the go-to-market campaign for a cozy licensed console title. Manage social-first, meme-driven content, licensor relationships, creative briefs, vendor coordination, first-party console outreach, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to drive awareness and commercial success from pre-launch through post-launch.
