Supports the enterprise internal control environment across business operations, technology, financial reporting, information security, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Responsibilities include documenting processes and controls, conducting risk assessments and control testing, maintaining evidence, coordinating audits, tracking remediation, supporting regulatory compliance, preparing reports, and recommending control improvements. The role collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to identify risks, address control gaps, and promote effective governance.

Provides technical insurance and risk-management support to clients, advisors, prospects, and carrier partners. Manages renewals, binders, endorsements, invoicing, coverage changes, quotes, applications, premium collection, and policy placement for assigned commercial accounts. Analyzes risk exposures and existing coverage, recommends solutions, identifies cross-selling opportunities, maintains carrier relationships, and supports process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely service.
