Develop and maintain Nexthink platform capabilities, PowerShell-based remote actions, dashboards, automations, and endpoint management workflows. Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, analyze telemetry, improve device health and employee digital experience, and support predictive, proactive, and self-healing IT operations. Partner with service desk, EUC, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ITSM teams while providing technical enablement, documentation, and insights through dashboards and scorecards.

Maintain and secure UNIX infrastructure while leading migration of legacy workloads to Azure. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate system configuration with IaC and configuration-management tools, troubleshoot incidents, and operate containers (Docker, Kubernetes) across a hybrid cloud environment.
