Own replenishment, order writing, inventory forecasting, and open-to-buy planning for Furniture and Monitors. Manage dropship vendors, monitor availability and out-of-stocks, resolve fulfillment risks, and deliver sales and inventory recaps. Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on assortment changes, new product introductions, and category health. The role requires advanced Excel, retail math, planning-system proficiency, strong vendor communication, and effective use of AI tools.

Own Babylist Media’s ad technology, inventory, yield, and offsite distribution strategy. Configure and optimize Koddi, establish capacity and prioritization rules, improve eCPM, fill, and utilization, and transition sponsorships toward CPM and self-serve buying. Lead outsourced ad operations partners, incident response, campaign delivery health, and distribution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Babylist Connect. This player-coach role combines hands-on ad server administration, strategy, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.

Own the strategy, architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production personalization and recommendation systems. Build custom embeddings, ranking models, and shared representations across feeds, search, and recommendations. Lead ambiguous problems from concept to measurable customer impact, establish AI evaluation standards, partner with product and data teams, make cross-team technical decisions, and coach senior engineers.
