Teams at Babylist

Lead Babylist's merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory strategy for $1B+ scale. Build and scale the Planning org, drive forecasting/allocation platform adoption, set operating standards and KPIs (in-stock, weeks of supply, aged inventory), own inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy across distribution, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance to improve customer experience and working capital.

Lead cross-pod technical direction and system design for high-scale backend services, embed AI-native development practices, collaborate with product and design, mentor engineers, and drive ambiguous initiatives from design through production.

The role involves owning personalization and discovery features at Babylist, using ML systems for product recommendations and user engagement, while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance customer experience.
