Manages commercial equipment lease documentation and closing activities, ensuring credit conditions, due diligence, vendor records, liens, insurance, funding data, and transaction booking are complete and accurate. Coordinates with customers, vendors, sales, legal counsel, servicing teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and meet closing timelines. Supports process improvement, onboarding, training, escalated issue resolution, risk management, and customer experience objectives.

Coordinates customer data conversions from legacy platforms to NexLedgr and related systems. Responsibilities include managing conversion timelines, analyzing and validating migration data, executing test conversions, documenting exceptions, gathering customer requirements, supporting implementation and training, and completing pre- and post-conversion quality checks.

Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers in the Miami market. Prospect and approve wholesale and correspondent partners, especially in Jumbo, Super-Jumbo, Non-QM, and niche lending. Train partners, structure loans, manage pipelines, support pricing and escalations, develop business through networking and presentations, monitor market trends, and maintain Salesforce data. The role is entirely commission-based and requires an existing book of business and extensive specialized mortgage lending knowledge.
