Provides global strategic and operational leadership for engineering, capital projects, manufacturing systems, automation, digital transformation, operational excellence, and process safety. Oversees major plant builds, expansions, and capital portfolios; advances PLC/SCADA, MES, robotics, IT/OT, and Industry 4.0 capabilities; improves OEE and reliability; ensures GMP, ISO, PSM, and regulatory compliance; and leads global engineering teams, budgets, talent development, and cross-functional execution.

Leads strategy, planning, execution, and measurement for global and flagship tradeshows. Responsibilities include contract and sponsorship negotiation, portfolio and budget management, vendor and logistics oversight, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, onsite execution, lead retrieval, ROI reporting, and process improvement. The role manages external partners and develops standards for consistent, effective event delivery across markets.

Administers federal and state government contracts, including NASPO and DLA eCAT vehicles. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, analyzing contract performance, preparing customer reports, maintaining pricing files, processing modifications, supporting audits, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions. The role collaborates with Sales, Pricing, Legal, Bids/Quotes, government customers, and other internal teams while improving processes and ensuring timely execution of contractual obligations.
