Designs, implements, and maintains cloud and on‑prem network infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), supports AWS environments, builds CI/CD pipelines, authors technical documentation, troubleshoots escalations, and collaborates with Cloud Architects and product teams in a remote Agile environment.

Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and CI/CD. Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, QA, and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant (HIPAA/SOX/PII) and maintainable implementations, participate in code and architecture reviews, and support post-release monitoring and troubleshooting.

Lead the Provider Data Management (PDM) and Symphony product portfolios, set product strategy and roadmaps, improve delivery velocity and implementation, scale product teams and processes, oversee data ingestion/validation/enrichment/mastering, partner with Engineering, Implementation, and cross-functional teams, drive metrics and monetization, and deliver customer-focused, data-centric healthcare product solutions.
