Leadership Development Program participants rotate through Car Care Center functions while learning to manage daily operations, financial performance, staffing, customer service, safety, and employee development. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and profitability, recruiting and coaching employees, resolving customer concerns, managing inventory and expenses, and partnering with regional leadership. The role prepares candidates for future center leadership positions and requires hands-on work in a physical automotive service environment.

Evaluates and manages intermediate to complex Michigan PIP claims, including coverage analysis, investigations, medical documentation review, claim valuation, payments, negotiations, subrogation, attorney involvement, and MCCA claims. Maintains accurate claim records, ensures regulatory compliance, collaborates with insureds and providers, and refers cases to specialized departments. The role requires knowledge of Michigan no-fault laws, claims regulations, medical terminology, and effective decision-making and communication skills.

Manage the annual corporate and operational audit plan, including risk assessments, control testing, audit execution, workpaper review, findings, recommendations, and management presentations. Supervise and develop professional auditors, coordinate with external auditors, oversee special projects, monitor regulatory and control effectiveness, manage budgets and timelines, and improve internal audit methodologies across a multi-state organization.

Manage Michigan PIP claims end-to-end: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages and limits, negotiate settlements, approve payments, refer to other units, document files, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented claims.
