Manage and close leads within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel, build and maintain partner relationships, provide product training and enablement, collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and retention, and serve as a subject-matter expert on Aura's digital safety products.

Lead architecture and build Aura's AI Intelligence Platform, unifying data and enabling AI agents to reason over sensitive information. Own end-to-end initiatives, prioritize security and privacy, design scalable distributed systems on AWS using Python and TypeScript, and set engineering best practices while mentoring engineers without direct reports.

Handle inbound cancellation and sales calls to retain and enroll customers, make outbound retention/payment-recovery calls, consult customers on digital-safety best practices, meet monthly quotas, master product knowledge, and collaborate to improve sales processes.
