Lead product enablement by building scalable onboarding and ongoing education for Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Support. Design and deliver live and self-service learning (workshops, videos, guides, knowledge checks), define enablement metrics, optimize knowledge systems, and accelerate new-hire ramp and product launch readiness.

Analyze customer and caregiver data to identify workflow improvements, build dashboards and visualizations, support Customer Success with QBRs and presentations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and create scalable data processes while advising Product and Engineering.

Support full-cycle SaaS implementations by configuring the platform, preparing and validating data, building tracking tools, joining customer calls, assisting training, documenting workflows, and improving processes across multiple projects.
