The Staff Software Engineer will build and scale machine learning systems for personalization, collaborating with teams to enhance project quality and performance.

Build and improve distributed data applications powering large-scale audience segmentation and personalized messaging. Own well-scoped features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams while developing expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, real-time processing, databases, and platform performance.

Lead partner integration messaging and go-to-market for technology integrations. Build launch playbooks, craft content and co-marketing assets, enable partners and internal teams, drive integration adoption, identify case studies, and coordinate with Product, Partnerships, CS, and Marketing to amplify "better together" stories.
