Lead HR generalist activities for multiple manufacturing facilities, supervising HR Business Partners. Drive leadership development, performance management, retention, employee and labor relations, policy implementation, HR program rollout, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement to support business results and maintain a union-free environment.

Provide HR support for NC operations as a strategic business partner: manage employee relations, talent acquisition and development, succession and workforce planning, drive organizational effectiveness, lead change, coach leaders, manage performance processes, and support project work.

Perform material preparation, machining, testing, and inspection in a lab finishing stage. Operate and maintain machines and handling equipment, perform acid etching and microstructure evaluation, document inspection results, assist with lab operations and training, and participate in continuous-improvement activities.
