Supports manufacturing plant operations through employee relations, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, workforce management, organizational development, performance management, training, and change leadership. Partners with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational objectives, resolve employee issues, coach managers, and drive organizational effectiveness.
