Lead and optimize hot-working processes (forging, rolling) for nickel, titanium, and specialty steels. Improve yields, quality, and safety; analyze processing data; support R&D, product standardization, process modeling, CI activities, and customer audits.

Support and optimize melting/remelting operations (VIM, ESR, VAR) for nickel, cobalt, and specialty steels. Lead SPC, process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, data analysis, trials, and customer/supplier technical support. Maintain operating instructions, conduct audits, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Develop and apply process and FEA models to predict and improve manufacturing of specialty alloys. Support model validation via testing, communicate results, propose projects for quality/cost improvements, and collaborate across R&D and manufacturing with periodic plant visits. Onsite in Monroe, NC.

Provide advanced controls/automation support, develop procedures and training, coordinate software/firmware changes, liaise between operations and engineering, perform minor repairs and calibrations, and provide after-hours and cross-plant support as needed.

Manage and maintain pricing structures, surcharges, and LTAs; track and forecast scrap buy-back and pricing differences; maintain pricing portals and workbooks; support audits, risk management (hedging), and cross-functional initiatives to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.

Lead and develop a melt process engineering team to ensure titanium melting process compliance, drive continuous improvement and melt process qualifications, transfer best practices across facilities, and provide technical guidance to operators, leadership, and customers.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and sustain process and control equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum). Provide controls/automation support, develop procedures and training, coordinate software/firmware changes, liaise between operations and engineering, and perform minor repairs and calibrations including ultrasonic inspection equipment. Provide after-hours and cross-plant support as needed.

Lead functional analyst for Oracle EBS Supply Chain responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain process optimization, ERP solution delivery, integrations, lifecycle management, upgrades, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership to standardize and scale supply chain operations across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.

Lead alloy and process development projects for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems and powder/AM routes. Design experiments, analyze microstructure and properties (SEM, EBSD, XRD, thermal analysis), scale lab-to-plant processes, draft technical reports, support IP/patents, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and oversee NDT programs: administer training and certifications (Levels I–III), develop and approve NDT test methods, support daily NDT operations and equipment calibration, perform internal/external audits, act as UT lead for customer certifications, and ensure compliance with customer, industry, and government standards.

Manage relationships across customers, sales, process engineering, and operations to deliver Titanium and specialty steel products. Review specs and quotes, create quality documentation, investigate non-conformances, support certifications and testing, lead continuous improvement projects, propose product/process innovations, and provide technical support and presentations. On-site role with periodic travel.

Lead multi-site cost accounting, inventory and cost estimation functions. Provide operational financial analysis, drive cost-reduction and process improvements, support budgeting/forecasting, prepare cost models and capital ROI, maintain controls and compliance, and present monthly operational financial results to support plant-level decision making.
