The Mission Systems Lead will direct the development and integration of mission system architectures for tactical aircraft, ensuring effective capabilities for U.S. and coalition forces, while engaging with vendors and teams to balance costs and mission outcomes.

The Growth and Capture Manager will develop and execute strategies for business growth within defense and commercial aerospace, primarily engaging with Air Force and Navy programs to shape requirements and proposals, while maintaining customer relationships and data systems.

Build and manage People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/ATS management, multi-state compliance, recruiting operations support, compensation and equity assistance, and employee relations. Serve as primary HR contact, improve systems and reporting, and partner with leadership to scale HR operations in a fast-paced startup.
