Manage an HOA community: build board/homeowner relationships, prepare budgets and financial/management reports, coordinate vendors and contractors, supervise on-site staff, oversee daily operations, lead committees, and manage emergency/storm response and long-term community goals.

Lead and execute a full calendar of resident activities and events, build partnerships and sponsorships, recruit volunteers, manage budgets and club operations, maintain community communications (website, newsletter), and serve as a resident resource. Requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs.

Lead the AP and accounting workstream for a software transformation: map and redesign processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage change and training, monitor risks and milestones, and maintain controls and reporting during ERP/financial system implementation.
