Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth of wealth management and planning solutions, including securities-backed lending, charitable, and self-directed brokerage products. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across distribution, marketing, technology, legal, and finance. Manages product performance, executive communications, strategic initiatives, sales enablement, product positioning, and team development while delivering complex projects and new wealth solutions.

Supports the sales team by generating financial reports, administering Salesforce, ordering marketing materials, and executing outreach campaigns for conferences, webinars, and regional events. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in business or finance and sales or customer service experience are required.

Supports trading technology performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. Analyzes workflows, system outputs, exceptions, configurations, and production incidents; documents root causes and requirements; manages testing, UAT, release validation, and stabilization. Creates reports and dashboards, maintains workflow and configuration documentation, supports governance and controls, and collaborates with trading, product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to improve investment technology capabilities.
