Leads complex analysis, issue resolution, testing, monitoring, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across trading systems and workflows. Owns root-cause investigations, UAT, regression testing, production validation, documentation, controls, and remediation. Partners with Trade Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and vendors to translate trading needs into system requirements, improve processing, reduce manual work, and manage operational risk across the investment lifecycle.

Manage relationships with approximately 200 independent financial advisors, focusing on asset retention, advisor growth, sales opportunities, and reducing platform terminations. Diagnose asset outflows, provide consultative guidance on investments and portfolio construction, promote additional solutions, and collaborate with regional sales teams. The role requires hybrid work near designated offices and 30% travel to company and territory events.

Supports wealth consultants in creating customized investment proposals, portfolios, tax-management analyses, financial plans, performance reports, and advisor-facing materials for high-net-worth clients. The role coordinates with portfolio construction, investment, planning, sales, and operations teams; manages workflows and CRM documentation; supports advisor relationships and engagement initiatives; and contributes to process improvements while ensuring accurate, compliant deliverables.
